Delivery Time: Instant (automated). After successful payment, your hosting account is created and ready within 1–5 minutes.
Manual Orders: If the automated system fails, our team will manually provision your account within 2–4 hours during business hours.

2. VPS (Virtual Private Server)

Delivery Time: Up to 2 hours after payment confirmation.
Most VPS plans are provisioned automatically. Custom configurations may take up to 24 hours.
You will receive an email with your IP address, root password, and SSH/RDP login details.

3. Dedicated Servers

Delivery Time: 24–72 hours depending on hardware availability and configuration.
Custom builds (e.g., custom RAM/disk) may take up to 5 business days.
You will be notified once the server is racked, networked, and tested.

4. Domain Registration

Delivery Time: Instant to 24 hours depending on the domain extension (.com, .net, .bd).
For .bd domains (Bangladesh), registration is manual and may take 1–3 business days due to registry processing.
Your domain is active once you receive the confirmation email from us.

5. SSL Certificates

Delivery Time:DV (Domain Validation): 5–30 minutes after approval.
OV/EV (Organization/Extended Validation): 1–3 business days due to manual verification.
The certificate files and installation instructions will be sent to your email.

6. Additional Services (Migrations, Add-ons, Licenses)

Website Migration: Typically completed within 24–48 hours after you provide FTP/cPanel credentials.
cPanel / WHMCS Licenses: Activated instantly after payment.
Dedicated IPs: Provisioned within 1–2 hours.

7. Delivery Failure & Delays

If your service is not delivered within the stated timeframe:

Check your spam folder for our confirmation emails.
Contact our support team via ticket or live chat.
We will investigate and resolve the issue within 4 hours.

Refund for Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver your service within 48 hours of the stated timeframe (excluding .bd domains), you are entitled to a full refund for that service.

8. Delivery Method

All services are delivered digitally via:

Email (login credentials, control panel URLs, IP addresses)
Client Area (your account dashboard at https://portal.servermart.net)
No physical shipment is involved.
